Refund Policy

Last updated: May 02, 2026

1. Refund Policy Overview

Nerpa does not offer voluntary refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the payment provider's policy.

2. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom, or any other relevant jurisdiction.

3. EU / UK Digital Services

Where mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights apply, they will be handled in accordance with the relevant consumer law and the payment provider's procedures. If you purchase a digital service and expressly begin using it immediately, any statutory right of withdrawal may be lost or reduced to the extent permitted by law.

4. How Refund Requests Are Handled

If a refund is required by law or by the payment provider's policy, the request will be handled through the relevant billing channel and may be subject to the provider's procedures, timing, and eligibility checks.
